What to expect

We read every message. We reply to as many as we can, usually within a few working days. If your message is about a guide correction, we will usually fix the guide first and reply once it is updated, so the reply contains something useful rather than just an acknowledgement.

Please do not send personal documents, passwords, account numbers, or financial details — we will never ask for them, and we cannot help with anything that requires them.
